Who We Are
OZP Web & Graphics is a design studio based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We build websites, logos, brands, and automation systems for businesses.

What Information We Collect
When you contact us or work with us, we may collect:
- Name and email from our contact form
- Phone or WhatsApp number if you share it
- Project details you tell us about
- Login credentials for platforms like WordPress, cPanel, Hostinger, and Shopify — only when you share them for project work
When you visit our website, we also automatically collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information.
We do not collect bank details, government ID, or health information.
Why We Collect Your Information
We only use your information to reply to messages, deliver services, communicate about your project, improve our website, and follow Indian law. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing.
How We Handle Your Login Credentials
- Used only to complete your project — nothing else
- Never stored in plain text or shared with anyone
- We never access your accounts outside agreed work
- Change your passwords once your project is done
- Revoke access anytime by simply changing your password
Who We Share Your Data With
Only with services needed to deliver your project:
- Hostinger — website hosting
- WordPress / Elementor — website building
- Google Drive — file sharing
- WhatsApp — project communication
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic data
- Razorpay / PayPal — only when payment is made
We never sell your data to anyone.

- Essential cookies — keep the site working. Cannot be turned off
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, fully anonymous
- No advertising or tracking cookies
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings anytime.
International Data Storage
Services like Google Drive, Hostinger, and WhatsApp may store data outside India. We ensure proper security is in place as required by Indian law.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact messages — 6 months after last conversation
- Project files & communications — 2 years after completion
- Login credentials — deleted within 30 days, or immediately on request
- Analytics data — 14 months via Google Analytics
After these periods, everything is permanently deleted.
Data Breach Policy
If your data is ever affected, we will notify you within 72 hours via email, report to the Data Protection Board of India, and take immediate steps to fix the problem.
Your Rights

- Correct anything wrong or outdated
- Delete your data — just ask
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to us or to the Data Protection Board of India

By filling our contact form, messaging on WhatsApp, or emailing us, you agree we can collect and use your name, email, and phone number to respond to you.
By making an advance payment, approving a proposal, or starting work in any way, you agree to this full Privacy Policy — including how we handle credentials, files, and all project data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you share. Withdrawing consent after a project starts does not affect work already completed. To withdraw, email hello@ozopozo.com.
Children's Privacy
Our services are for adults and businesses only. We do not collect data from anyone under 18. Contact us immediately if you believe we have received data from a minor.
Limitation of Liability
- Data breaches caused by third-party platforms like Hostinger, WordPress, Shopify, Google, or WhatsApp
- Loss caused by clients sharing credentials through insecure channels
- Any direct or indirect damages from use of our website or services
- Content on external websites we may link to
- Disruptions from server downtime, cyberattacks, or force majeure
- Misuse of delivered work after handover to the client
By engaging with OZP in any way, you accept these limitations fully.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update this policy anytime. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Contact form, WhatsApp या ईमेल से संपर्क करके आप basic जानकारी collect करने की सहमति देते हैं।
Advance payment या proposal approve करके आप इस पूरी Privacy Policy से सहमत होते हैं।
शेयर की गई जानकारी की सटीकता आपकी जिम्मेदारी है। प्रोजेक्ट शुरू होने के बाद सहमति वापस लेने पर पहले का काम प्रभावित नहीं होता।
बच्चों की गोपनीयता
हमारी सेवाएं केवल वयस्कों के लिए हैं। हम 18 साल से कम किसी का डेटा नहीं लेते।
दायित्व की सीमा
- Third-party platforms की वजह से data breach के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं
- असुरक्षित तरीके से credentials शेयर करने से होने वाले नुकसान के लिए नहीं
- Force majeure या cyberattack से होने वाली समस्याओं के लिए नहीं
- Deliver हुए काम के दुरुपयोग के लिए नहीं
कानूनी आधार
DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000 पर आधारित। विवाद का निपटारा कोलकाता की अदालतों में होगा।
नीति में बदलाव
बदलाव होने पर ऊपर की तारीख अपडेट होगी। सेवाएं जारी रखने का मतलब है नई नीति से सहमति।

কোনো সমস্যা হলে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ইমেইলে জানাবো এবং Data Protection Board-কে রিপোর্ট করবো।

আপনার সম্মতি
Contact form, WhatsApp বা ইমেইলে যোগাযোগ করে আপনি basic তথ্য সংগ্রহের সম্মতি দেন।

শেয়ার করা তথ্যের সঠিকতার দায়িত্ব আপনার। প্রজেক্ট শুরুর পর সম্মতি প্রত্যাহারে আগের কাজ প্রভাবিত হয় না।
শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
আমাদের সেবা শুধু প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য। ১৮ বছরের কম কারো ডেটা সংগ্রহ করি না।
দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
- Third-party platform-এর কারণে data breach-এর জন্য দায়ী নই
- অনিরাপদভাবে credentials শেয়ারের ক্ষতির জন্য নই
- Force majeure বা cyberattack-এর জন্য নই
- Deliver হওয়া কাজের অপব্যবহারের জন্য নই
আইনি ভিত্তি
DPDP Act 2023 ও IT Act 2000 অনুযায়ী। যেকোনো বিরোধ কলকাতার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
নীতিতে পরিবর্তন
পরিবর্তন হলে উপরের তারিখ আপডেট হবে। সেবা চালিয়ে যাওয়া মানে নতুন নীতিতে সম্মতি।
